Aruba Cubanelle Pepper has the perfect balance of mild heat and sweet flavor. This hybrid pepper variety produces heavy yields of long, slender fruits with blunt tips. Fruits average 7-10" long and have a bright green color initially. If left on the plant, fruits will turn orange and eventually mature to a red color. Flavor will intensify as fruits mature and add color. The light heat and superb flavor make Aruba Cubanelle Pepper a great variety for eating raw with vegetable trays or salads.
