Roots will burrow and take before they "shoot up". Our Dunn Pea Microgreen packets are the perfect seed rating for the 1020 Microgreen Seed Trays. You can let these grow past the microgreen stage into pea shoots. Pea shoots will only take a few more days to grow and you still have the same health benefits. Pisum sativum
Spread evenly (they should be pretty thick) and tap very gently to ensure contact with the soil. Mist thoroughly twice a day. Keep covered for 2-3 more days before exposing it to light. Water once a day so the soil is damp, but not soggy Microgreens can be germinated in windowsills, greenhouses, or using a Hoss Light Kit!
