Inchelium Red Garlic

Known as being a National taste-test winner in the softneck division, Inchelium Red Garlic has large 3" bulbs that produce many cloves. This mid-season, Artichoke type has a mild to medium flavor that is great when baked. An excellent variety for braiding and stores very well for 6-9 months! Averages 6-8 cloves per bulb.
