Yellow Sweet Spanish Utah Onion is an heirloom, long-day onion that has been recognized as the state vegetable of Utah. This popular variety produces large onions that can easily weigh 1-2 lbs with a 5-6" diameter. These onions are sweet with a beautiful, golden outer skin at maturity. This is a great storage onion and will remain viable for six months after harvesting.
